About Elizabeth

I have been a teacher for most of my adult life, working with both adults and young children in a wide variety of settings. These include mainstream early years provision, French and English language teaching and special education. I hold a diploma in French from the Chartered Institute of Linguists and am currently chair of the governing body of a secondary special school in Hertfordshire, UK.

In addition to the novels, I have co-written several scripts, edited two anthologies and dramatised two books celebrating local oral histories. I am a director of the Arts and Heritage Centre in my hometown in the UK where I run writing workshops and a drama group.
